Casaretti

Stefano Rossi is the third-generation to work his family’s estate, on the glacial hillsides of Lake Garda. Farming organically, he and his brother Giammaria grow and hand-harvest the traditional grapes of the area (Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, and Garganega) and create lip-smacking Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto. These are easy-going wines to drink anytime, with anything — complex enough for conversation yet unfussy enough for a picnic in the sun.
